Required Calibrations

Regular calibration of your ignition interlock device is required to stay in compliance with state regulations. All calibrations at Oshkosh Interlock are walk ins, no appointment is necessary. Before stopping in, your device must be actively counting down to a calibration date.

It is your responsibility to check with your interlock provider to ensure your account is current and in good standing. This includes confirming that all payments are up to date and that there are no holds or compliance issues that could delay service.

 

Staying on top of these requirements helps avoid service interruptions and ensures a smooth calibration process.

Lock Out Service

If you experience a lockout with your ignition interlock device, you must contact your provider directly—either by phone or through electronic means. Do not contact Oshkosh Interlock regarding lockouts, as we are not authorized to service or reset your device without a state-approved work order issued to us by your interlock provider.

 

This policy is in place to ensure compliance with state regulations and protect the integrity of your interlock program.

 

If your provider cannot remotely unlock your device, they will call Oshkosh Interlock to schedule you and appointment for service.
